I like a variety of salts. For a long time the Pink Himalayan was my favorite, but it has been displaced by the Trapani. The Trapani is a full flavored, full bodied salt that has a special degree of saltiness. I only bought a small container to 'fill out my order for free shipping". This is now the new standard on my salt shelf. I highly recommend it!
