You’ve got to give this blend a try! We’ve used it on eggs and chicken so far and it turns the ordinary into something exotic. So delicious - definitely a new pantry staple in our house.

Yum! This salt is excellent on grilled chicken. It is mild and smooth, deepening the flavor of the chicken. I expected it to be very strong and ascerbic; it's anything but! It will blacken your fingers if you touch it, which I do, because I want to use every little flake! Highly recommend!
If you like flavor and high heat, this salt is great! A little goes a long way, so this one should last a bit longer than our other Steel City pantry staples. We've tried it on rice, ice cream, in pasta water for making Pasta Diablo, and on watermelon. All were great.

I literally put this on everything you can think of. The flavor it adds in small doses is stellar!
One of our favorite dinners is salting chicken breast with the hickory salt or BBQ salt - then grilling and pairing with salad or veggies. We love the cherrywood & alderwood salt with red meat, and love making spicy hummus with the sriracha or ghost pepper salt. We even have a beloved chocolate, flourless spicy torte made with the scorpion salt!
The flavor was smoky and tasty without being overpowering. We tried it on some NY strips and absolutely loved it.
