My favorite bagel seasoning!! I use it on eggs, bagels, and cottage cheese for added flavor.
This packs the heat and should be used sparingly the first time to calibrate your mouth to this salt. Once calibrated, "have at it!"
Love the shop and how beautifully curated it is. I love the variety of products. A recipe called for a very unusual spice I have never heard and knew it wouldn’t be found in any grocery store and sure enough SSS had it! I also love that it’s locally owned and they have Pittsburgh named spice blends. I learned by visiting the shop that spices and blending spices is an art form.
While it's great for pierogis, I also use it on vegetables (string beans, greens) and fish. Another winner from Steel City Salt!

I have 1/2 dozen different types and I cook with one of them probably every night of the week. For example we love slicing up cucumbers into ziplock bags with the dill salt and pack for lunch. It’s like homemade pickles by lunch! Love everything I’ve ever purchased and actually give them as gifts now!
The selection of spices here is amazing.
Love the Royal with Cheese sprinkle for my popcorn. Takes it up a notch and tastes great!
