I thought that I wouldn’t find a salt that I liked as much as the black truffle salt until I tried the Cyprus LAVA salt! So delicious, you can put it on anything!

I use this with anything that calls for Italian seasoning. I know it's not quite the same, but it adds tremendous flavor that is great for lasagna, spaghetti, stuffed shells, pasta, etc.

I love the Steel City Salt brands. I use this product in my chicken salad.
