We always want you to love your salts, spices, & blends! Here’s how returns work with us:

In-Store Purchases

• Returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
• A receipt is required for all in-store returns.
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
  
• Exclusions listed below apply.

Online Purchases

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on online purchases. All online sales are final.
• If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please email us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
• Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

 

 

 

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Pink Himalayan products, including lamps, slabs, candle holders, cups, night lights, and shot glasses
• Gift cards
• Apparel
• Local food products
• Any opened or used items

Purchases From Other Retailers

This policy applies only to purchases made directly from Steel City Salt Co. at our Millvale shop or through our website.

Products purchased from another retailer or marketplace must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to that seller’s return policy.
