Uses: Mushrooms with LOTS of butter (of course!), risotto, pasta, steak, roasted veggies; brussel sprouts, carrots, & parsnips. Also great as a bread dipper, atop foccacia, and sprinkled on squash soup...play around with this salt for sure!

Great salt flavor with an umami finish
Didn't think I could love another Steel City salt as much as the truffle salt....but the wild porcini is fantastic, too.

Used this as a light rub on a NY strip. Then warmed up some mushrooms poured over the top. YUMMY
So far I have tried the Wild Porcini Salt on eggs and savory oats. This salt adds a nice depth of flavor, and enhances the umami flavor. Something I noticed is that a little can go a long way! Although it is a small container, it will certainly last awhile. I would definitely recommend.
