Ingredients:
- 2 large russet potatoes (or Yukon Gold for a creamier bite)
- 2 tbsp neutral oil (like canola or avocado)
- 1–1½ tb Black Truffle Salt (adjust to taste)
- Optional: finely chopped parsley & freshly grated Parmesan
Instructions:
1. Prep the Potatoes
- Wash and scrub potatoes (peel if you like).
- Cut into thin, even sticks — about ¼-inch thick for crispy fries.
- Soak in cold water for 30 minutes (removes excess starch = crispier fries).
- Drain and pat dry with a towel.
2. Bake or Fry
For Oven Method:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
