Homemade Black Truffle Fries

The ultimate indulgence: golden, crispy fries tossed in earthy, aromatic black truffle salt. A side dish that steals the show.

✨ Why You’ll Love It:

These aren’t your average fries. Tossed hot from the oven (or fryer) with our signature Black Truffle Salt, they’re rich, fragrant, and absolutely addictive. Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or gourmet side — just be careful though, you won’t stop at one batch:)

Ingredients:

  • 2 large russet potatoes (or Yukon Gold for a creamier bite)
  • 2 tbsp neutral oil (like canola or avocado)
  • 1–1½ tb Black Truffle Salt (adjust to taste)
  • Optional: finely chopped parsley & freshly grated Parmesan

Instructions:

1. Prep the Potatoes

  • Wash and scrub potatoes (peel if you like).
  • Cut into thin, even sticks — about ¼-inch thick for crispy fries.
  • Soak in cold water for 30 minutes (removes excess starch = crispier fries).
  • Drain and pat dry with a towel.

2. Bake or Fry
For Oven Method:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Toss fries with oil and spread in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

For Frying:

  • Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy pot to 350°F (175°C).
  • Fry in batches until golden brown, about 3–4 minutes per batch.
  • Drain on paper towels.

3. Season & Serve

  • Immediately toss hot fries with Black Truffle Salt.
  • Add optional parsley or Parmesan for extra flair.
  • Serve hot and watch them disappear.

🍷 Pairing Suggestions:

  • A glass of sparkling wine or dry white cuts the richness beautifully.

  • Perfect alongside a burger, steak, or on their own as a deeeelish snack.
