Trapani Sicilian Sea Salt

Trapani Sicilian Sea Salt was our first-ever imported salt and the one that truly got us started. Harvested along the famous “Salt Road” near Trapani in Sicily, this traditional Italian sea salt is handcrafted in historic coastal salt pans dating back to Roman times.

The crystals are beautifully unique and naturally rich in minerals that contribute to their clean, complex flavor. Our Dad comes from Sicily, and growing up this was the only salt we used in our kitchen.

When we started our family business, one of our goals was to bring in the best salts from around the world, beginning with this family favorite. Buon Appetito!
