Whole Cloves are the aromatic unopened flower buds of the clove tree, the highest grade of which comes from Madagascar! With an incredibly pungent aroma and flavor, Madagascar Cloves are prized by chefs around the globe. Used in many Middle Eastern and Indian dishes, most people in the US use whole cloves to stud ham! Use sparingly, incredibly strong flavor:)

Uses: Stud ham, onion, and pomander balls! Great for venison, boar, and rabbit, can also be used as a garnish or in mulled wine.
