I know, we've been talking about this one for a while and FINALLY have gotten it right:) Filled with umami goodness, the deep earthy flavor of this salt is unparalleled. Made with Crunchy Pacific Sea Salt and wild Porcini Mushrooms, if you're a fungi lover this is for YOU!
Uses: Mushrooms with LOTS of butter (of course!), risotto, pasta, steak, roasted veggies; brussel sprouts, carrots, & parsnips. Also great as a bread dipper, atop foccacia, and sprinkled on squash soup...play around with this salt for sure!

I am a fungi lover and the Wild Porcini Sea Salt does not disappoint. It was excellent on steak. Also used on my egg white omelette filled with mushrooms, spinach, green onion, diced tomatoes, melted Swiss cheese inside, and topped with diced tomatoes and a couple pinches of Wild Porcini Sea Salt. Perfect!!!
Certainly will be experimenting other uses.
It has a wild flavor, one of the more feral salts here. Grains are coarse so it makes a great rub for steaks or chicken.
Used this on sauteed green beans - delicious! I didn't tell my husband I was trying something new and he commented on the great taste. Added great flavor.
