Flavors of Jordan Blend
We learned how to make this fabulous blend in Jordan!!!
With such a rich history of culture, food, and spices, we explored the whole country and it's food scene and all we can say is WOW! Some of the best meals we've ever had were in Jordan made by some of the kindest people.
Knowledge of spices and blending techniques is what we brought back with us (and full bellies), we wanted show our appreciation to all of the wonderful people we met and spent time with in Amman and the surrounding areas.
This blend truly encapsulates the Flavors of Jordan! Every homecooked meal, shawerma restaurant, and falafel stand had these flavors and we are so happy to share them with you!

Uses: Chicken, lamb, beef, rice, hummus, falafel, roasted veggies, salads, and just about everything else! Don't forget to make some homemade shawerma:)

This seasoning is amazing on chicken but also in veggies, it is totally different from what we usually cook with so it was great to try such a different flavor to our meals! Delicious!
We enjoy following Steel city salts on their adventures and were so excited about this seasoning after their trip to Jordan!
All I can say is WOW, the flavors are so good, we've been using this almost every day on chicken and potatoes!
