I love this coarse, smoky salt to use as a finishing salt. It elevates the flavor of anything that you sprinkle it on. I use it on eggs, veggies, baked potatoes, hamburgers, bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwiches, and pretty much anything else that could use a smoky hit. Don't hesitate to try it because you won't be disappointed!
