Aleppo Pepper, also known as halaby pepper, is prized in Middle Eastern cuisine, specifically Turkey & Syria where it is grown. The sweet, tangy, citrusy taste of Aleppo Pepper carry mild heat which does not overpower a dish and is a great addition to whatever you are cooking! Use Aleppo Pepper in place of any of chili flakes or pepper flakes for a sweet & tangy hit on your dish.

Aleppo pepper flakes.

Aleppo pepper flakes add a mild heat but provide a great deep flavorful taste to many recipes. They do not overpower like red pepper pizza flakes can. Especially good on eggs. Give them a try, you'll like it.
