Aleppo Pepper Chili Flakes

Aleppo Pepper Flakes (also known as Halaby pepper) are a prized Middle Eastern chili pepper commonly used in the cuisines of Turkey and Syria. These vibrant red chili flakes have a unique sweet, tangy, slightly citrusy flavor with mild heat that enhances dishes without overpowering them.

Aleppo pepper is perfect anywhere you would normally use red pepper flakes. Sprinkle it over grilled meats, roasted vegetables, pizza, eggs or pasta for a warm, balanced heat and bright flavor.

Our favorite uses: shish-kabobs, meat marinades, pizza topping, eggs, hoagies, or mixed with blends like Steel Town Garlic & Herb or Unsalted Shallot & Chive for a truly unique seasoning.
